        1. We know people are putting these together, if you are interested please reach out!
        2. Just because one person is putting together a bid doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. It is always nice to have a selection.
        3. Bids should be in by the end of March.

      1. The officers have decided to get rid of the 6 foot poles that are in storage. We are putting together a price and will let you know when we have that ready in case you are ready.
      2. We are also disposing of the old baronial thrones.
      3. After Gulf Wars, we will be having a clean up of the storage unit day. See me if you want to help.
    5. Art Sci (Research and Projects) -HL Calpurnia Fortunata
      1. Classes are scheduled for the next couple of months.
      2. HL Taran will be the new deputy for the Art Sci office

      2. Doing Zoom meetings for the officer meetings!
        1. We will be doing the online officer meetings the Monday before the Populace meeting
        2. We take info and commentary from everyone.

        4. We can use these for one on one meetings or even lecture style classes.

      1. Meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month
      2. American Legion in Fern Park
      3. Bobbin Lace class on the 17th as of right now
  8. Guilds
    1. Scribal - Mistress Milesenda de Bourges
      1. Scribal is this Sunday at the Hart Memorial Library from 11-5
    2. Brewer’s Guild - Cathy Abernathy
      1. Master Rhinehart is looking to help out
    3. Fiber Arts - Baroness Ilene Johnnestoune
      1. Everything supply wise has been sorted
      2. We are working on looms so we can teach everyone how to do it even if they don’t have a loom of their own.
      3. We are joining the Scribal guild on April 26th
        1. We will be doing tablet weaving
        2. The next one will be Egyptian diagonals
    4. Lampworker’s Guild - Lady Thyri Bersi

    5. Dyers Guild - Leann Retzlaff
      1. We are thinking of doing another class on dying at Village Faire
    6. Performance/Bardic Guild
    7. Herbal Guild - Rahil bint Haroun
      1. See her if you need anything at all or are interested in the herbal guild
    8. Cooking Guild - Lady Margarita di Rossi
      1. We are currently trying to get the guild up and going.

  9. Upcoming Events
    1. Gathering at the Tavern - Cathy Abernathy
      1. Tavern will be the place to be. Swap meet/Rummage sale.
      2. Looking for classes: Mead, beer, pickling, etc.
      3. If anyone has any “treasure” that you can contribute to a children’s scavenger hunt would be great.
      4. The website is up and populated with some activities, but we are working on getting more
      5. Site tokens are plastic beer mug shot glasses!
      6. Feast menu is getting close to being confirmed.
      7. We will need some help/volunteers and will let you know as things get done.
    2. We need a bid for Village Faire
      1. Send in bids by end of March if possible
