        1. We have some that we are putting together, but still need to get them turned in.

          1. It has been pulled up, a run through has been done, and updates are being made.
          2. Items that need to be at every event
          3. What autocrats need to know and be aware of.
          4. Goal is to have it ready to be looked at by officers and, ideally, ready to give out by end of April.

      1. Checkbook will be at the meeting on Thursday if anyone needs it.
      2. People should do volunteer hours at Gulf Wars, as it gets the Barony money!
    4. Quartermaster - David Archer (Acting)
      1. In December he was removed from the Officer page on FB
        1. Being added back by Hextilda
      2. There are a number of things in storage.
        1. Thrones have been there since a previous Baronials stepped down.
          1. What do we want to do with these?
            1. Bring up at Populace meeting
            2. Hextilda asked if the paint can be removed?
            3. Baroness Milesenda de Bourges - Thought we were salvaging the backs to make signs? But she doesn’t think we need to keep old things we aren’t using.
            4. Thyri - Can we use them as a template for other chairs?
              1. They are an older/perhaps not period set.
            5. David will take pictures and bring them to the Thursday Populace meeting to show anyone that wants to see them.
        2. We have the old 6 foot poles, that we replace with 8 foot poles.
          1. We might want to sell them off or come up with a use for them.
            1. No real need to keep as we have a number of other poles for the current tent needs.

        1. We have received letters from multiple offices.
        2. We have had a February help wanted ad and would like to do this monthly. So keep sending her listings or say that you would like to run your listing from the previous month again.

      1. This Sunday at the Hart Library from 11-5
      2. Scribal in April is on the 26th
      3. Will check back for the schedule in May.
      4. There will also be a day with other guilds all together so it is more a “guild day”

    3. Cooking Guild - Lady Margarita di Rossi
      1. Relatively new, but they are working on getting things started
      2. Erika is also part of this.

      1. Money has been taken out of account and used to get storage containers
      2. All items have been organized.
      3. Material for looms was also gotten and will be used by Gavine to make those looms

    1. Gavin and Accordian Screen for announcements at events
      1. We are working on a sign to post changes, etc. in the feast hall so people will know when events issues come up.
        1. Kiwanis has the huge white board in the storage shed that can be used for events.
        2. Looking to get a screen, 3 tiered screen, to help with information

      1. For the Pro Zoom Account it is 14.99 per month, per host.
        1. This means that we can tie it to the Seneschal email so that it goes with that email.
        2. We can have up to a 100 people attached
        3. The meeting time will last 24 hours
        4. We can also have multiple hosts on the meetings at a time
        5. We could use this for classes, etc.
        6. You can generate temp IDs for other people to use to do meetings/classes as well.
        7. Could be used to record for notes, although right now, this would be way too big for sending.
