1. Send an envelope with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a polling sheet.
2. Current crowns will be doing the voting and final decision as they are still the crown at this time and because incoming crowns will have people in their household running.
1. This will require a budget to get the paper/etc.
2. Baroness Ilene Johnnestoune feels this should be a Kingdom cost as we are being asked to do it this way.
2. Bids for Village Fair (Hywel)
1. A bid for Clans with a Shakespearan theme but that was not the chosen bid.
1. We would like to put in the Shakespeare bid for Village Faire this year
1. Our feast, performance arts, classes, youth activities are all related to the theme.
2. There are some changes with people and positions but the rest of the bid is the same.
